During our interview we will have created a custom-made programme for you from where we can start. During our first training session I check your flexibility and strength and analyze your body posture. By doing this I can establish if there are any factors which could have hindered you reaching your goals in the past and adapt the future training accordingly to ensure maximum results. With the new training routine you should not feel overstretched but always challenged, keeping you focused and motivated towards your goals.

My personal Training combines different techniques like functional training, core training, special back training and a lot more. I will teach you how to reach specific muscles, reduce stress by exercising and how to train effectively by yourself. But from now on: Fun and substantial success is the greatest motivation.
