I started to train with Niels because I was concerned with my blood count information and was not sure what exercise routines were suitable for me due to the fact that I had a partial knee replacement surgery 3 years prior.
Niels’ approach was very systematic and he applied rigorous attention to details that quickly got me motivated and eager to endure the hard work. Today my blood counts are much better and I have a solid fitness routine that I follow. More important, I not only feel responsible for my fitness level, but I now have the techniques to get me to sustain it.
I think that the key factor in this success for me was that we could talk about each routine and Niels provided explanations in plain English.
