I started to train with Niels because I was concerned with my blood count information and was not sure what exercise routines were suitable for me due to the fact that I had a partial knee replacement surgery 3 years prior.
Niels’ approach was very systematic and he applied a rigorous attention to details that quickly got me motivated and eager to endure the hard work. Today my blood counts are much better and I have a solid fitness routine that I follow. More important, I not only feel responsible for my fitness level, but I now have the techniques to get me to sustain it.
I think that the key factor in this success for me was that we could talk about each routine and Niels provided explanations in plain English.
